    Description

    These  is 3¾" x 5½" patterned Flannel miniatures were created in Southwest American Indian Rug patterns.  These were made promote tobacco sales, circa 1910.  These small Flannels are most popularly used as "Doll House Rugs.
    These flannels were created by various American Tobacco companies and inserted into cigarette and cigar boxes as promotions to encourage interest and sales.  Literally thousands of patterns and designs, in a big variety of sizes, were created for this purpose during the first and second decade of the 20th Century.
