    These are

    Longer braze area for a stronger and cleaner joint at copper tubing and brass fitting.
    3/4" ODS (ID) X 1/4" Flare Cap
    Braze Type Access Valve
    Installation Instructions
    Remove seal cap and valve core from valve before brazing
    . (Note: Valve core is loosely installed at the factory. Use valve core remover in seal cap for this purpose.
    Clean Tubing thoroughly.
    Apply flux to both tubing and valve.
    Silver braze in usual manner. On copper to copper application, phos-copper alloy may be used without flux.
    Allow to cool.
    Replace seal cap after servicing is complete.
