You are purchasing 12 Crawl Space Vent Enclosures, Black ABS Plastic W/Uv. These are heavy duty plastic enclosures overall dimensions are 10 3/4" x 18 5/8"  this encludes a 1 3/4" flat border all the way around the part . There is a 1" rasied or recessed area measuring 15 1/8" x 7 1/8" . If you install with the raised portion out you have a textured finish or install with the recess inward you have a smooth finish. You can install with fasteners or with adhesive. These parts can also be painted .
