Up for auction is a good, preowned Hastings Regulator Neutral Detector RND Model 6709-1!  It comes as pictured, with moderate cosmetic wear from handling and use.  It includes the unit, two probes, and a protective hard case.  It is designed for use with any universal hot sticks and tests voltage differences between Source and Load Conductors only.  It powers on with the included 9v battery and lights up to be easier to read.
