Description
Melissa officinalis essential oil is obtained from stems and leaves during budding before flowering by steam distillation. Essential oil contains organic compounds: citral, citronellal, myrcene, geraniol, linalool, cineol. The essential oil is light, fluid, colorless. The aroma is sharp, morning, cool, bitter-bitter, fresh.

Dosage
Methods of application:

The candle heats the water. Do not allow water to boil, it is necessary to add water from time to time. The duration of the procedure is 15 - 30 minutes.
2. Massage. Mix the essential oil (3-5 drops) with 1-2 tablespoons of any vegetable oil (jojoba, peach, almond, etc.) or massage cream, apply to the skin, then massage the problem areas of the body for a few minutes until completely absorbed into the skin.
3. Bath. In a bath with a water temperature of 37-38 ° C, add a mixture of essential oil (5-7 drops) with 1 tablespoon of emulsifier (milk, honey, sea salt or table salt). The duration of the procedure is 15 - 30 minutes. After the bath, without rinsing, wipe the body with a towel.
4. Compress. In 1 liter of water at room temperature, stir 15-20 drops of essential oil, then immerse a cotton cloth in this water, squeeze it out slightly and apply it to the sore spot, cover with compress paper, then with a warming cloth. The time of the procedure is from 30 minutes to 2 hours.
5. Rubbing. In 30 ml of any vegetable oil (jojoba, peach, almond, etc.), add 2-7 drops of essential oil, stir, rub into the skin.
6. Hair care. Add 3-5 drops of essential oil to one tablespoon of shampoo, balm or rinse aid. To prepare a hair mask, add 3-5 drops of essential oil to one tablespoon of fatty oil (almond or jojoba). Rub this mixture into the scalp, then wrap the hair with a towel and leave for 2 hours. After the procedure, it is recommended to wash your hair with shampoo.
