Sencore TF 151 Transistor Tester

Description

Up for auction is one Sencore Model TF 151 Transistor Tester.  This device tests both Bipolar and FET transistors.  Tests transistors in or out of circuit.  Measures Beta in power transistors, low signal transistors and RF transistors.  Also measures leakage current. Also measures GM (Mutual Conductance) and leakage current in single gate and dual gate FETS.  Tests NPN and PNP transistors as well as N Channel and P Channel FETS.  I have cleaned the switches and controls with Deoxit.  I have checked internal DC voltage as per the service manual schematic and they are present and correct.  No further testing has been done.  This tester comes with a book full of setup charts for hundreds of transistors and a service manual which also includes operating instructions.  Thank You for looking.
