Sound Technology ST 1700B Distortion Measurement System With Power Cord For Parts Or Not Working.
Condition is For Parts Or Not Working.  Unit powers-on, the needle moves freely, and most dials/switches operate smoothly as they should,
but no further testing has been performed.
On the second row of Frequency Hz buttons, all but the "3" and "4" buttons seem to click when depressed, but do NOT stay in the down position.  Also, the Analyzer Select button moves freely, but does NOT stay in the down position.  Unit is being sold
