    Description

    Previous owner used this instrument for mobile field research of interfering and errant Radio Frequency signals. Item has a sensitive internal receiver so it also can be used to orient HAM antennas for best operation.
    This item has not been used for a number of years so all bidders should assume that a minimum the capacitors and perhaps other components should be checked and replaced if necessary.
