In coating operations, proper wet coating thickness is very important.
Wet film wheels are high precision, accurate and easy to use instruments consists of a set of three wheels. The central wheel is of a smaller diameter and is eccentric relative to the two outer wheels. By rolling the gauge through a wet coating, the centre wheel eventually touches the film. This point on the scale indicates the thickness.
How to use:
After various coatings are applied, use your thumb and middle finger to pinch the wet film thickness roller so that the position corresponding to the maximum scale value of the ring touches the wet film, and then rolls to the zero point. Observe the scale value of the place where the wet film first touches the middle ring. This is the measured wet film thickness. Follow the above method and scroll in the opposite direction to check whether the first measured value is correct
After use, wash and dry the wet film thickness gauge.

Note:
1.Ensure that the wet film thickness wheel is not damaged in any way, because these may affect its accuracy. Please replace it in time when you find any gaps in the working surface.
