These are a New Old Stock item due to long term storage at Government warehouses. The packaging shows a lot of storage wear  we opened both packages and inspected each one for quality and resealed the bags. Both are in perfect condition as shown in the photos.
This item will be shipped USPS Priority mail or UPS Ground whichever is the most cost effective

We will gladly combine the shipping on multiple items. Once your order is packed and the shipping label purchased, if you overpaid on the shipping we will refund the difference to your PayPal account or method of payment.
